Before starting registration, you must:
1) upload a photo or video file of the work to any file sharing service: https://ru.files.fm or https://wdho.ru (if there is a photo of the author, then also upload it, as it will be published in the catalog)
2) when uploading files, the file hosting service will generate links that must be copied and pasted into the registration form below.
3) if you have already paid the registration fee (see "Organization fee", "Payment methods"), then upload the receipt or screenshot to the file hosting service, and enter the received links into the registration form.
